Bianca and Heather met when they were only 2 years of age and have been best friends ever since.  There's alot to be said for a relationship that has been kept strong for 26 years!!  It was only natural when Heather and Andy got engaged that 'Bee' stand up as the Maid of Honor.  The great news is that Bianca just recently got enagaged to her boyfriend, Brian! Congrats you two!
